Download Invoices
Access your billing history, filter invoices by date or status, and download receipts for your records
Download invoices for tax purposes, expense tracking, or company reimbursements. All your billing history is securely stored and accessible anytime.
Accessing Billing History
Go to Settings
Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar
Navigate to Billing
Click on Billing in the Billing & Subscription section
View Billing History
Scroll down to the Billing History section where you'll see all your invoices listed with dates, invoice numbers, status, and amounts
Filtering Invoices
You can filter your invoices to find specific records:
Filter by Date Range
Use the date selector to view invoices from a specific period
Filter by Status
View all invoices or filter by payment status (Paid, Pending, etc.)
Click All Invoices dropdown to change filters, or use the date range picker to select specific dates.
Downloading Invoices
Each invoice can be downloaded for your records:
Find your invoice
Locate the invoice you need in the Billing History table
Click Download
Click the Download invoice button on the right side of the invoice row
Save to your computer
The invoice PDF will download to your computer's default download folder
Stripe Billing Portal
For more extensive billing management:
Click Open Billing Portal to access your full billing details in Stripe, where you can:
- Update payment methods
- View detailed transaction history
- Manage billing preferences
- Access additional invoice formats
Understanding Your Invoice
Each invoice includes:
Invoice Number
Unique identifier like XK3NQWFB-0005 for reference
Payment Date
When the payment was processed
Amount
Total charged in AUD including GST
Description
Service details (Keepsake Subscription or Trial)
Common Questions
Yes, your complete billing history is available. Use the date filter to go back to any previous period.
Yes, all invoices include GST details as required for Australian tax purposes.
Past invoices cannot be edited. To update billing information for future invoices, update your payment method or billing address in Settings.
One-off purchases like additional book prints will appear in your billing history with their own invoice numbers.
