Tips for Success
Choose the Right Person
Since you only get one subscription to share, consider someone who will actively use Keepsake:
- Spouse or partner working on their own stories
- Parent or grandparent whose memories you want to preserve
- Sibling collaborating on family history
- Close friend documenting their journey
Coordinate the Print Credit
You share one annual print credit, so discuss:
- Who will use it each year
- Whether to alternate years
- If you'll split costs for additional books
Perfect Gift Occasions
Shared subscriptions make meaningful gifts for birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, or retirement celebrations.
Troubleshooting
Check their spam/junk folder, verify the email address is correct, and resend from your settings if needed.
Resend if the link has expired, ensure they don't already have a paid Keepsake account, or contact support for assistance.
Shared subscriptions only work for accounts without active subscriptions. If they are already paying for a subscription, consider adding them as a collaborator instead.
