What each status means

The progress track on each order has five steps: Paid, Checked, At the printer, Printing and Delivered. The label beside the order says where it is now, in the words below.

StatusWhat it means
Being checkedWe have your payment. Our team checks every order before it goes to the printer.
CheckedWe've checked it, and it's heading to the printer.
At the printerThe printer has it. From here, the order shows the date it should arrive.
PrintingYour book is being printed and bound.
On its wayIt's been shipped. The tracking number shows on the order.
DeliveredIt's arrived, with the date.
Cancellation requestedYou asked to cancel after the order reached the printer. We're checking with the printer.
CancelledThe order was cancelled. Refunded shows once your money is back.
Couldn't be printedWe couldn't print this order. Why it couldn't be printed explains the reason, and the order shows your refund or returned print credits.

Track a parcel

Once your order is on its way, the Tracking tile shows the tracking number. Choose Track parcel to follow it on the courier's site. Before that, the same tile shows your order reference.

Tracking shows on your own orders only.
